The Nexus S Google has been officially announced along with its official website that features the following specifications techniques:

* Support HSDPA / AWS
* Cortex A8 processor at 1 GHz (Hummingbird)

512 MB of RAM * 16 GB of internal storage

NFC Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi (hotspot)
